RedDoorz is the largest budget accommodation provider across Southeast Asia. I joined RedDoorz when it was still a startup – 6 years ago and I have been part of its phenomenal growth. I am a hustler and have worn many hats as and when the company needed it on its way to be profitable. At RedDoorz, I am responsible for Midoffice, RedPartners, Grow, Redspark and Financial settlement/ reporting systems. These are various systems, interfaces and integrations needed to run the day to day functions of the company like property management, reservations, customer support, finance etc. Apart from this, I am also responsible for keeping tech costs in check without compromising on the quality of service.

At RedDoorz -

1. I am leading a 20 person cross-functional development and QA team for managing the application portfolio
2. I have built teams including hiring, training and having them deliver high quality software. Have done this multiple times for experienced as well as freshers. In fact made an impact on the company bottom line of min 200K USD just last year by hiring and training freshers for my current team.
3. I have built web and also mobile apps recently that helped grow the partner base by 5% month on month for the last 8 months
4. I am managing complete financial backend including and not limited to SAP
5. I manage collaboration with all third party vendor/ partners for technical services
I am also supporting the product team with financial data for the CXO's and investors, doing financial forensics and setting up processes to plug gaps in the receivables.

At Navyug,

1. I started as a software engineer trainee and had a sharp rise to a tech/team lead within a span of 1.5 years running the flagship product for the company which facilitated veterans rehabilitation of veterans (www.briskolive.com)
2. I ran a 15 person cross functional team building a multivendor, multiple products/services and multiple storefronts fed from a single source of truth (ODOO).
3. I helped the company hire and train freshers to keep costs low.
