Deepfake Detection System.

This project presents a diversified study on the dark sides of machine learning algorithms on classification. Artificial human image is starting to sound more and more like natural image as generative modeling techniques advance, which presents challenging issues for the image deepfake detection system. The aim of this document is to enhance the generalizability of systems through the use of imagery elements. They examine the task's performance with respect to various image aspects, including both learning-based and handcrafted features. Experiments show that learning-based image features that have been pre-trained on a large amount of data generalize better than manually created features in circumstances that are not related to the domain. Subsequently, they employ proposed multi-feature techniques to augment the generalizability of the system by including supplementary information from features with disparate perspectives. The model that was trained on data achieves on the In-the-Wild ,Because deepfake media is widely used to disseminate false information, sway public opinion, and hurt people, deepfake detection is essential. To tackle this difficulty, researchers have looked into a variety of methodologies and datasets.
