Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for plumbing and fire fighting systems including layouts, schematics, and riser diagrams.
- Create accurate plans for water supply, drainage, storm water, fire sprinkler, and hydrant systems.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to integrate plumbing and fire fighting systems into overall building design.
- Ensure all designs meet local and international codes and standards (e.g., NBC, IS codes, NFPA, UPC).
- Review and validate drawings created by junior drafters to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Internal Plumbing including- Soil, Waste Drainage, Water Supply & Rainwater Disposal to external layout
