Manage the entire contract process, including preparation of tenders, contract negotiation, and contractor on-boarding by taking necessary approvals, monitoring, and preparation of contractual agreements and orders.

• Saved 4 Crores for the organization in 2 years by renewing and aligning existing sub-contracts for all projects.
• Saved 8 cores for the organization for major maintenance works (overlaying of pavement works at highway) in Tamil Nadu by understanding the market condition and successfully negotiating the contract conditions. Budgeted project cost was 100 Crores.
• Received STAR employee award in 2023 for optimizing process and bringing significant cost savings for the organization.

• Assisting senior manager in finalization of tenders, negotiation and execution of contracts .
• Keeping track of all the subcontractor agreements and scope of work. Tracking and monitoring progress of the allotted Change of Scope (COS) works with the subcontractor and taking necessary measures.
