• Team lead of New product development of Cylindrical cells 21700 cells with NMC 811 with Graphite(>240Wh/kg), NMC 811 with Si (3 to 15%)-Graphite composite for high energy density lithium ion batteries (>260Wh/kg).

• Worked with Cell design team for cylindrical cell 21700, 3.7V 4.5Ah to 5Ah cell with chemistries of NMC811 and graphite.
• Worked on Next generation product development with Si-graphite along with NMC 811 chemistries.
• Development prototype of 3.6V, 5Ah cell with >8% Si content with graphite composite as anode and NMC 811 cathode material along with process team, design team.
• Team lead of electrolyte and separators for LIB and SIB.
• Developed the Novel electrolyte formulation for NMC811/Graphite, NMC811/Si-graphite composite, NMC622/graphite, LFP/Graphite systems for wide temperature, high energy density, long cycle life, high voltage stability, reducing as gas formation in cell level by adding new additives in electrolyte.
• Lead the team for Dry room setup
• Lead the separator team for evaluating the separators(PP,PPPEPP, PE, Cellulose based) from different vendor to qualify for 21700 cell products for NMC811/graphite and NMC811/Si-graphite chemistry systems.
• Part of technology road map and product road map team for investors.
• Part of the pitch deck team with responsibility of NPD, electrolyte, separators along with cathode and anode team for investors.

• Build a team for Cathode, Anode, Electrolyte, Polymer and prototype scientist for Lithium ion, Sodium ion battery R&D Laboratories.
• Build a R&D laboratory for lithium ion , sodium ion battery coin cell,pouch cell and cylindrical cell fabrication.
• Build a technology road map of Lithium ion batteries and sodium ion batteries for investors.
• Worked on Product road map of lithium ion batteries for investors.
• Worked with different raw material vendors for qualification of materials (Cathode, anode, electrolyte, separators, cell components)
• Worked on collaboration with vendors for sample evaluations under NDA mode.
• Worked with procurement team for materials imports to lab.
• Visited the China for coin cell, Pouch cell and cylindrical cell equipment vendors for vetting the vendors by looking at their facilities.
• Visited the Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, China for explored the new equipments for laboratory slurry mixtures for batteries, materials synthesis.
• Lead the team for project cost estimations.
• Part of pitch deck preparation for investors.
• Part of team for raised the 5Million USD fund as seed round for company.

- Cell testing and validation as per ESS and EV application battery packs as per IEC standards

- LFP chemistry based 26650, 32700 cylindrical cell and Prismatic cell evaluation and quality test at BAK, China facility for ESS applications.

- New product development and finding the vendors for cell qualification for China Visit for BAK, Great power, CALB, Leoch, A123 cell manufacturers.

-Worked on Solar ESS application for NMC chemistry based cells 18650 format factor for quality test and pack level test as per IEC62133

- Cell testing report and validation report preparations and sharing to CRM team for customers.

-Worked on pack solution to provide best cell chemistries for different customer requirements in EV and ESS applications.

- Lead the team for Setting up the pack assembly line solutions, cell testing, reliability testing equipments as per IEC and ISO standards

-Worked on failure analysis report in cell level.

-Worked on BOM requirement for pack level solutions.
