  • Team lead of New product development of Cylindrical cells 21700 cells with NMC 811 with Graphite(>240Wh/kg), NMC 811 with Si (3 to 15%)-Graphite composite for high energy density lithium ion batteries (>260Wh/kg).
  • In charge of Prototype line of cylindrical cell (21700) in production capacity of 100 cells per week.
  • Build the Prototype team-Machine operators, Quality engineers, formation engineers, Instrumentation engineers, production supervisors.
  • Lead the prototype team for documentation of SOP of process optimization of NMC811 and Graphite chemistry based 21700 cell with 3.7V 4.5Ah capacity.
  • Documentation of 5S,PQC, IQC,EQC for cylindrical cell of 21700 3.7V 4.5Ah Capacity.
  • Worked with Cell design team for cylindrical cell 21700, 3.7V 4.5Ah to 5Ah cell with chemistries of NMC811 and graphite.
  • Worked on Next generation product development with Si-graphite along with NMC 811 chemistries.
  • Development prototype of 3.6V, 5Ah cell with >8% Si content with graphite composite as anode and NMC 811 cathode material along with process team, design team.
  • Team lead of electrolyte and separators for LIB and SIB.
  • Developed the Novel electrolyte formulation for NMC811/Graphite, NMC811/Si-graphite composite, NMC622/graphite, LFP/Graphite systems for wide temperature, high energy density, long cycle life, high voltage stability, reducing as gas formation in cell level by adding new additives in electrolyte.
  • Lead the team for Dry room setup
  • Lead the separator team for evaluating the separators(PP,PPPEPP, PE, Cellulose based) from different vendor to qualify for 21700 cell products for NMC811/graphite and NMC811/Si-graphite chemistry systems.
  • Part of technology road map and product road map team for investors.
