Primary Responsibility:

• Expertise in Order Management E2E, execution, testing and maintenance of order header creation, order line creation configuration item, order booking and Shipping.
• Worked on the Drop Ship Process, Back-to-Back Order Process and Internal Requisition Internal Sales Order process IR/ISO
• Creating and executing BR100 documents consisting of Order management and shipping modules for each Business Unit and is SPOC for any issue related to design and implementation functional setups with the Business Users.
• Gathering & maintaining functional Waterfall RFC's for any change in design implementation.

• Data migrations using Rapid tool and data loader.
