- Finalization of Rate Contracts & Service contracts, Procurement of fuel, oil, Lubricants & Gases, Packing Material & Mechanical Spares for 2.1.0 Million TPA Stainless Steel Plant. Heading a team of 23 executives for the procurement of Capex, MRO Spares, Consumable (Packing, Welding Electrode etc.), Bulk Chemicals, Fuel & gases procurement for all four location of the JSL. Aligning the contractual procedures and maximizing the procurement through Rate Contracts within defined budget limit.
- Handled procurement of spares and consumables across JSL Hisar, JSSL Ghaziabad, and Chromeni Steel Mundra, focusing on major items such as fuel, gases, ammonia, rolls, mill bearings, interleaving paper, surface protection film, and steel shots for the whole JSL group.
- Executed project ordering for blade steel project, induction furnace, and revamping projects for Ghaziabad unit and Z5 mill.
- The Project scope included the various fabrication jobs, ordering of capital equipment, ordering of various labor contracts, civil contracts etc.
- Monitored and coordinated projects with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion.

In this line Sundwig designs the Terminal equipment’s. Executed project tasks during the conceptualization, engineering, and ordering stages.
