• Having 4+ years of IT experience on Citrix, VMware & Windows admin proven skills in publishing applications and desktop in Citrix (XenDesktop, XenApp, PVS and MCS)
• Current I am working as on L2 level
• Creating, Configuring, Maintaining and Troubleshooting Pooled and Assigned Desktop groups
• Configuring configuration logging for monitor admin user's activities on farm or site
• Creating the Machine catalogs and updating the machine catalogs
• Checking of the director, if any error User Connection Failures, Failed Desktop OS machines & Unavailable Capacity
• We can increase the machines based on the capacity
• Logon to Nutanix and Vcenter Console and launch the Master image do the changes as per client request
• Whatever changes we need, we need to change those and shut down the master image
• Take Snapshot of the master image
• Logon to Citrix studio
• Select the machine catalog and click on update (you need to select the newly take snapshot after update in order to update the VDI pool)
• We will schedule the update on next shutdown so working user will not be impacted
• And machine will be restarted in off business hours which is 4AM to 6AM IST and if any machine is in use they will be updated when user logoff
• So, no force update to any machine which can impact users
• Once update complete, launch the VDI of the pool to the validate the changes we made
• Working on updates
• Working on changes, services requests and incidents
• Experienced in various Citrix components like Xen Desktop, Xen App, Provisioning Server and Net Scalar and VM Ware family
• Installing and Configuring Citrix Xen Desktop - XD 5.6 and 7.x
• Configuring Load Evaluators like Default, Advanced and Custom load evaluators
• Publishing Hosted and Streaming Applications in XenApp servers
• Working on daily Citrix issues and configuration changes
• Configuring Citrix Policies and GPO's as per client requirement
