• Authorize work permits, review vendor methodology statements, and enforce Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, ensuring strict HSE adherence.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project execution, verifying BOQs, timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and utility providers to ensure statutory compliance, inspections, and approvals.
• Implement ISO and quality management procedures, suggest process improvements, and ensure compliance with Accor Planet 21, Interact, KTS, HSE, and hygiene standards.
