· Process QA & QC Activities:

Analysis of raw and biologically treated (Aerobic and Anaerobic process) effluents, stack emissions-gas emissions like Sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxides, Oxygen level analysis for safety permits and activity of water purification resin, lime and alum analysis.
· Documentation:
Documentation and reporting of analysis results, nonconformance handing as per document procedures adhering to ISO standards. Data management based on SAP ERP and maintenance of measuring and analytical instruments as per ISO/IEC guideline.
· Instrumental Methods of Chemical Analysis:
Hands-on experience in analysis, and maintenance of modern analytical instruments like
Gas Chromatography TCD & FID (Agilent Models 8890 & 6890 Series), AAS GBC Avanta, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer (Agilent/VARIAN- CARY 100 Conc), Abbeys Refractometer (ATAGO - 3T).
