Wrote compelling research proposals, prioritizing experimental design and budgeting, that secured over $500,000 in last 4 years, funded 8 Master's research project across universities. Research programs included mycotoxin management, gut health, and fermentation (ruminal and solid-state) where, pro-biotics, pre-biotic and post-biotic based products were evaluated for its benefits in monogastric and ruminants. Optimized in vitro isothermal adsorption models to evaluate binding of toxins to adsorbents. Synthesized and evaluated of molecularly imprinted polymers for extraction, separation and purification of active compounds (ergot alkaloids). Advocated research findings with private feed sectors, livestock farm and Milk Unions for the adoption of organic minerals, mycotoxin management program and utilization of biotic-based products. As a committee member of Alliances with University, accomplished authorization from central government agency (CPCSEA) to secure approval for the animal experimentation in the University. For 23 years, played a key role in shaping the company's research strategies.
