- I joined Mainstay on 2nd of Jan 2009 as a CSR for the process called Pizza Pizza (Canadian Process)
- I had been a Top Performer for 20 Months consistently so I was been promoted as Quality Analyst for the process called Lumo Energy (Australian Process) for the period of 8th months
- As I proved my strength’s and abilities then I was given an opportunity to handle a team consisting of 20 members and the process called Survey eagle (UK Process) from Feb 2012 and did prove my abilities by completion of a Year successfully
- Due to Unforeseen circumstance the company had to shut down all the process.

- I joined Firstsource on 29th of April 2013 as a Sr.CSR for the process called SKY TV Help (UK Process)
- I had been a Top Performer for 12 Months consistently and was recognized and rewarded in Mumbai Branch Office and, I was nominated for Sky Service community and got a chance to travel UK
- Later I had been given a chance to handle a team for 4 weeks which wasn’t performing however I understood the challenges and got the team perform on consistent basis
- While handling the team went through SIM (Stepping into management) to know and enhance my skills and was been promoted has Process Leader.
