  • Manufacturing: Heading manufacturing process of various types of float glass like clear, body tinted, reflective and Low-e glass manufacturing. Also, headed technical and operational manufacturing process of large Glass processing units producing architectural glass like, toughened, double/triple/step glazed units, laminated glass etc. technical sales of these glasses through builders, fabricators, architects and facade consultants.
  • Operations: Formulate all round development strategies, with accountability for profitability in Marketing & Finance. Monitor, analyze and maintain positive flow of work for optimum utilization of the resource and the facilities available to meet customer’s expectation. Analyze the performance of transporters pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms.
  • Corporate/Project sales: Sales through Architects, Interior decorators, façade consultants, fabricators and directly through builders’ offices. Presentations. Sales meets and promotions through fabricators. Arrangement of mockups, final negotiations and order finalization.
  • Marketing/ Business Development; Review and interpret competition after in-depth analysis of market information. Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets. Coordinate & organize sales promotion, launching and branding activities to create market brand visibility, based on market research. Formulation of catalogs, brochure and product data sheets for product launch marketing.
  • Channel Management; Setting up dedicated distributor/dealers’ network for effectively accomplishing revenue estimates. Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel. Executing sales promotion activities like channel partners meet, fabricators meet and running various schemes.
