• Spokesperson for cable TV industry at all the national forums, workshops, events, open houses, industry meetings and at Ministries.

• Analyzing & managing all the legal matters pertaining to Cable TV Industry as an association in TDSAT, High Courts of India and Supreme court.

· Benefit to Industry players for INR 7000 Crores: I secured favorable order from MIB regarding non-applicability of license fee on Cable TV revenues which benefitted industry players to the tune of approx. Rs. 7000 Crs.

· Benefit to Industry for INR 800 Crores: I got favorable order from DGGI regarding clarification of GST liability on MSOs, saving 800 Crores of show cause notices issued to members.

· Annualized additional revenue of ~ INR 300 crore: Developed policy for Empanelment of Platform channels at CBC, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, which helped industry players to get public advertisement revenues from Central & State governments.

· Operational & CAPEX reduction of around INR 100 crores: Worked on issuance of Infrastructure Sharing policy for MSOs & HITS operators from MIB, which reduced capex and opex burden on the industry to the tune of Rs. 100 Crore per year.

· Additional revenue of INR 200 Crores for industry: Favorable regulation for the Cable TV sector benefited industry around 200 Crores.

• I have worked on favorable Policies regarding spectrum auctioning, liberalization, sharing, trading, harmonization, mergers, additional spectrum auctioning bands.
• Migration of UASL /CMTS licenses of Bharti Airtel to Unified License regime.
• Commercial launch of 3G, 4G & BWA services across Pan India for Airtel in 2014 & 2015 in coordination with law enforcement agencies and state TERM cells of DOT.
• Regulatory vetting for merger and spectrum trading deals of Airtel for Videocon, Aircel, Augere, Telenor, Tikona.
• Network security certificates for network devices and compliances.
• Response to consultation papers of TRAI related to Network, Spectrum & licensing.
• International Regulatory Operations & Compliances for countries like US (FCC), UK (OFCOM), Singapore (IMDA), Hong Kong (OFTA), and France (ARCEP).
• Managed Project of USOF worth 1600 Crs for deployment of infrastructure in remotest areas of Northeast and Assam.
