Project : Ostroleka 750 MW Power plant Project

• Review and conduct line check inspection to ensure it comply both Engineering and Quality requirements
• Prepare punch list, punch list clearing on test package issued to subcontractor prior to release for testing
• Witness and inspection hydro testing and pneumatic test inspection to ensure that all requirements are meet the project specification standards
• Deliver TBT and Risk assessment, Report near mis, provide suggestion for improvement in safe work place.

Project: Orlin Olefins Expansion Project.

• Ensure fabrication and erection work is performed in accordance with approved procedure and specification.
• Supervise the execution of the work to ensure that established standards, plans, and specifications are met.
• Ensure safe work practices without risks, and report all incidents, near misses, and HSE risks.
• Follow-up on material delivery schedules and coordinate material delivery.
• Participate in material receiving inspections, report missing or damaged material deliveries.
• Prepare reports and documents required by the Construction Manager.
• Attend work coordination meetings, actively participating in the field of responsibility.

• Supervise/monitor work packages within the discipline work planning
• Maintain quality of Mechanical work (valve replacement/overhauling, piping, column & vessel confined space, Heat exchanger bundle cleaning/inspection) in accordance with the standard as in work pack
• Commit to delivering the agreed weekly schedule / look ahead schedule as issued by the client
• Coordinates field work with Area coordinators, project manager and plant representatives
• Accept permit as an Authorized permit acceptor and ensuring statutory safety/system requirements adhered before activity undertaken
• Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to carryout task e.g
• Special tools and material.

• Report / communicate / co-ordinate work in existing facilities with the client
• Ensure that safety documents (safety plan), method statements, lifting plans, etc
• Are in order
• Participation in the daily site coordination meetings
• Ensure systems are being constructed compliant with the isometrics/layouts for construction
• Witness mechanical completion checks (eg P&ID checks, slope checks, dead leg checks, pressure/flush tests,…) Ensure installation (eg supporting, insulation, painting,…) is compliant with client’s specifications
• Follow up progress on site and check the progress reported
• Regular checks on the site for safety & Report incidents
• Guarantee the quality of the works and their compliance with the contractual/engineering requirements of the project satisfying the assigned budget, time schedule quality, safety and environmental
• Working closely together with other team members and especially with the package owners of the different systems
• Ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities.

• Performing the job according to fabrication drawings and project client specification, arranging quality inspectors & third party for inspection
• Ensure fabrication & erection work is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specification and correct material
• Installation of process for utility pipelines, erection of pressure vessels, receivers, heat exchangers etc
• Bill of material & spool drawing preparation for individual isometric
• Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and modifications advices from clients
• Performing hydro testing & pneumatic testing for process and utility piping
• Ensure effective site management and discipline to execute the projects safely & timely
• Involve as a team member in the pre-start up safety review
• Ensure all team members are trained
