• Send supplier registration invitation to new vendors to register on the ERP and assist supplier to complete the registration
• Analyze the received project BOM and plan accordingly
• Send RFQ's to multiple authorized approved suppliers and select the L1 supplier.
• Update the product master data in the ERP system and update the changes to the Business partners and get approval for the changes.
• Oversee sourcing & purchasing activities in the area of direct materials & ensure purchased items are both cost effective and of high quality.
• Release the Purchase orders and get the order acknowledgements from the supplier.
• Track the released orders for on time scheduled delivery of materials & timely receipt of materials.
• Interacts closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues.
• Cerate's a weekly report for the tracking of orders and review the same in the weekly meetings.
• Conducts all supply chain activities for all goods & services in accordance with policies & procedures (SOP)

DCX Systems Pvt Ltd : Is providing the INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS as a full-service designer and manufacturer of military and aerospace cable assemblies, wire harnesses, custom and mil-spec connectors, wired enclosures, test equipment and turn-key assemblies.

• Drive and monitor towards closure of RFQs to approved vendors.
• Establish the new source for the required electronic & mechanical parts. Communicating & negotiating with vendors.
• Update the Engineering team with any changes in the materials or parts & get approve for the changes.
• Oversee sourcing & purchasing activities in the area of direct materials & ensure purchased items are both cost effective and of high quality.
• Initiates orders in the system, confirms delivery with the suppliers & receive OA.
• Track the released orders for on time scheduled delivery of materials & timely receipt of materials.
• Monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned works in the ordering sheet.
• Interacts closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues.
• Responsible for supplier payments & return material authorization process.
• Oversee supplier performance & resolves performance issues within the scope. Conducts all supply chain activities for all goods & services in accordance with policies & procedures (SOP)

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Pvt ltd, is a manufacturer of Solar Photovoltaic Modules, and executes rooftop solar & ground mounting solar PV projects.

• Analyzing the Solar PV projects BOM & Costing sheet received from Engineering dept.
• Sending the RFQ’s to multiple vendors. Responsible for preparation of SCM-costing sheet & getting the approval from Management team.
• Checking the inventory for the stock material’s related to BOM.
• Inventory Monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for getting the Drawing approval from Engineering department & submit it to suppliers.
• Negotiating the prices received & finalizing the order to the respective supplier.
• Releasing the SAP PO’s to the supplier & receiving the OA’s.
• Get the daily status of the released order & maintain a track for the same.
• Arranging the transportation for the finished products or raw materials from supplier’s place to our warehouse or inventory store.
• Responsible for finalizing the work order to PV installation, O&M activities, Liasoning works to the contractors.
• Overall was responsible for getting the materials for the PV projects & O&M sites on time making compliance for Project team to start & execute the projects on or before the scheduled time
