• Transport Department Cost Controlling & planning of vehicles

• Monthly visiting to the warehouses, branches, Hatcheries and transport path

• Following up on the chick schedule, as well as picking up the remaining feed on the lifting completed farm

• Controlling on IBTs, IFT's and pending ePOD’s

• Prepare MIS Reports (Weekly, Monthly)

• The vehicle has to be managed from different places from Maharashtra to different states in India
• Rout mapping & planning for delivery on right time
• Maintaining regular contact with many transporters in Maharashtra as well as maintaining good relations
• Arranging vehicle vehicles as per the order by maintaining coordination with the local procurement team
• Follow up till the delivery of the vehicle that is dispatched daily as well as the transport payment after unloading
• Maintaining inventory of packing material required for grape export as per schedule

• Handling the local transporters & Outside transporters as per company requirement
• Preparing reports MIS Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, yearly (Own vs Outside transport, outside transport cost)
• Managing for 10-12 branches load, dispatch and shipment from feed mill (Average 700 tonne dispatch)
• Arranging Private Vehicles from Outside Market as per Requirement / schedule
• Route mapping & planning for delivery on right time
• Transport Department Cost Controlling & planning of vehicles
• Handling Company owned commercial Vehicles and team of 50 Drivers
• Handling Company Drivers duty schedule as per company requirement
• Maintaining Company Vehicle Repair & Maintenance as per schedule & vehicle History
• Maintaining Vehicle Documents, documents renewal (FC, Tax, Insurance, PUC, Permit etc.)
• Following up Driver trips, Running KM, vehicles KMPL & Tonnage As per target and monthly calculation
• Company Vehicle Tracking on GPS and path controlling
• Own & Outside vehicle Driver Follow-up
• Monthly visiting to the transport path and farm
• Handling of legal issues, road emergencies on priority
• Dealing with external bodies for smooth transport functioning
• (RTO, Grampanchayat, Political body, Toll companies & other local mediators)

• Preparing Reports / Reviewed (Store statement, Pending orders, Production plan, Purchase/PO, Production reports )
• Maintaining inventory level of raw materials, according to production plan / Pending orders
• Maintaining Packing materials according to production plan
• Maintaining FIFO during issue of materials
• Arrangement of A grade, B, C grade materials separately, customer wise
• Updating Stock of raw materials, consumables, Finished Goods, Machinery parts and spares
• Preparing production plan machine wise
• Cost calculation of inputs versus rated production, Day wise, Month wise, batch wise
• Maintaining the spare parts, oils and other materials as recommended by the production department
• Issuing the material as per requisition / need
• Dispatching the material as per customer PO
• Controlling the local transport & outside transport, local purchase
• Storing of finished products as per customer, batch wise, Grade wise
• Coordination with supplier & Vendor, & follow up Material
• Attending monthly review meeting on problem and giving Solution for the same
