• Preparing accrual and posting monthly Journal Entries.
• Performed month end close process ,analyzing transaction & preparing Journal entries, Amortization & Prepayment schedule.
• Balance sheet reconciliation on Non-MEC.
• Follow-up with lines of business at client-end for closure of accounting open items.
• Support on Internal/External audit.

• Performed GL to sub-ledger reconciliation on every month in Non-MEC.
• Managing 40+Bank accounts reconciliation on weekly basis.
• Debit note & Credit Note Processing as scenario appears.
• Preparing and Posting Bank Transaction entries in Quadra System.
• Ensuring all unclear items highlighted in bank reconciliation.

• Preparing and posting monthly Journal Entries, Accrual, reversal and recurring entry.
• Debit note & Credit Note processing.
• Creating Vendor details for Billing and Payment Purpose.
• Run Payable Batch Approval process for all invoices in MEC.
• Checking of invoices, processing them accordingly in systems and sending invoices to counter entities.
• Quarter end query closer.

• Maintaining day to day books of records including cash book.
