Managing a team of 6 memebers, who supports the Learning Services team in the effective delivery of overall coordination for sessions and Catalog Management across different academies & Regions. We are responsible for taking care of end-to-end training coordination, reporting requirements, consultative support & campaign support along with acting as an ambassador and consultant of Learning Standards.
· Acting as the advisor, consultative business partner, facilitate, and liaise between requesters and stakeholders for the end to end Training execution.

· Publication, Modification & Deactivation of training in LMS System (My LearningLink) and enrolling users as required for all global catalog
· End to end PO and chargeback management
· Advocate and Ensure Global Governance of Catalog Standards

· Manage Global Regulatory assignments for Campaigns and Drives
· Contribute towards UATs for LMS Release Feature and vendor integrations

· Working in the L & D team which specializes in training coordination activities for employees across the globe. Managing a team of 5 members who supports Asia and UK regions
· Partner with business to identify training need and provide training recommendations for most appropriate learning modality - given the environment
· Assist the team in preparation of Training Catalogue and arrangement of training logistics, mode of training, trainer identification etc
· End to end management of trainings in LMS (Cornerstone) – from training event creation until training closure with feedback survey collation
· Single POC from HRSSC team (part of Learning Product Innovation) to assist with regards to LMS technical queries, co-ordinate with L1/2/3 teams to help in resolving the issues
· Assist in designing, content review, modification and launching the e-learning modules/ curriculums to respective employee groups. Creation of ID/Groups in MyLearning to launch the e-learnings
· Creation of Custom Reports in LMS (Reporting 2.0), publish e-learning dashboards/metrics, Std reports, custom reports etc
· Understand the usage of external learning platforms and help in integration like Coursera, Pluralsight, Intuition, Linkedin Learning etc
· Troubleshoot various E-Learning related queries. i.e- regarding completion status, regulatory training related queries, assignments and removal of e-learnings etc
Core responsibility is to take care of all the trainings for South Region i.e: Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi and Hyderabad. Single point of contact for the South region, also has the experience of organizing New joiners on Boarding and organizing KPMG Inductions monthly.
Responsibilities:
· Taking care of weekly inductions on every Monday for the new joiners and assisting with on-boarding formalities
· End to end planning of monthly and weekly inductions, hosting the HR sessions and coordinating with internal teams to finalize on faculties for each session
· Planning, organizing, and launching the monthly calendars of south region
· Coordinating with the admin team for the internal and external venue bookings and training logistics
· Coordinating with vendors for blocking external faculty as per the requirement
· Raising PO and PR for the sessions conducted by external trainers
· Taking care of high-profile sessions conducted for CEO, Partners, Directors and senior managers.
· Handling LMS/Learning management Tool for end t end activities
· Launching of E-Learning courses to the respective target audience as and when the new e-course lists are shared by the HR and on the special requests sent by the Partners and Directors
