• Execution, Monitoring and tracking the project (Macro and micro level) as per client requirement.
• Monitoring and tracking the cost of the project as per budget allocated and highlighting the changes occurring from time to time to client
• Preparing reports like Cash outflow, Earned value analysis, progress report etc.
• Monitoring and tracking the project activity in daily basis and fulfilling the activity requirement by coordinating with all stack holders,
• Conducting review meeting and addressing project hurdles on daily/weekly/fortnight/Monthly basis with all stack holders.
• Review, finalize and floating the Tender with General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), Technical Specifications, Tender Drawings, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Quality plan, Safety and EHS plan.
