Worked in New Tools manufacturing section for sheet metal in Die Development Centre.

• Dialing and operating 3-Axis VMC Milling ,Wirecut EDM,EDM machines.
• Manual(2d) programming of machines.
• Machining all types of new and production running Injection Moulds, Press dies, Welding Fixtures & Receiver Gauges. Programmed, set up, and operated machines in a safe and orderly manner
• Machining of different materials such as M.S, HCHCr D2, OHNS, Ciba wood, FG300 FG550 Castings, P20 for moulds (Core and cavity) and Graphite & Copper for EDM electrodes.
• Develop Experimental tools & proto types for upcoming projects as per R&D instructions
• Accountable for process & planning for CNC machining of press tools, injection moulds, welding fixtures & receiver gauges before start machining.
• Cam programming for injection moulds & press tools on UG-NX
• Participate in '5S' , Kaizen,TPM activities.
• Studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings
• Install & adjusts holding device and fastens specified cutting tools in position to produce finished work piece to specifications.
• Perform daily maintenance on machine including maintaining fluid levels, emptying chips, wiping down machine to remove coolant, dust and debris
• Hands-on experience of Conventional Machines like Radial Drill Machine, Milling machine (Manford) and Surface Grinder.
• Directing efforts towards improving productivity and reduction in down time. Reduced set up time and machining time through process improvements.
