- Achieved appreciations through effectively helping with carrying out army operational tasks in KARGIL WAR and then instrumental in maintaining high level of security of Army Battalion / Company Headquarters and elimination of large number of anti-national elements in J&K.
- Supervised team of 164 staff members in carrying out training of 2500 plus recruits in two and half years in Indian Army Training Establishment.
- Collaborated with team of 600 plus in the development under OPERATION SADHBHAVANA in Jammu & Kashmir for development of villages and schools by getting them numerous essential commodities required by the villagers and the school children with dedicated liaison with State Government/ Public Works Department.
- Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets for demand and accounting of equipment, critical stores, vehicles, clothing, ammunition etc in Indian Army.
- Resolved product issue through consumer testing of major imported equipment in the Indian Army .
- Achieved outstanding results by winning the Annual Achievement Banner for two consecutive years by completing operational and administrative training of more than 2500 recruits in Army training establishment from Mar 2013 to Aug 2015 with accuracy and efficiency.
- Documented and resolved personal and administrative issues of personal in Indian Army with dedicated interaction with State Government offices and judiciary which led to resolution of long outstanding legal / land / property / Medical / Financial and Marital Discord issues.
