Product Management

  • Actively involved in negotiating client claims, settlements, required waivers & discounts for better cash flow management.
  • Fabric Procurement of both Knits & Woven as per buyer's requirement from suppliers from all over India.
  • Negotiate with Fabric Supplies to get best possible price based on the Garments costings.
  • Day to day communication with the direct buyers like Guide-boat and buying/liaison offices.
  • Understanding of theme/mood board and working with designers to develop/pull out archive the product range for the client as per their need/trend.
  • Working on the costing of selected/shared designs and negotiation with the clients.
  • Follow up on PD, maintaining and submitting weekly PD charts to Client.
  • Support on client trip preparation and post trip working (includes recap, costing, sample developments).
  • Coordinating samples, reviewing (PD) and coordination timely dispatch.
  • Managing system tasks internal PD tracker, invoices, issuing indents etc.
  • Review/update the $ targets of working areas and discuss with the management.
  • Developing new clients/new category with existing clients.
  • Production follow up & WIP management and submitting weekly production tracker to the buyer.
  • Daily basis email communication with client/vendor.
