I am a Quality Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture with extensive experience delivering ETL and UI testing for Citi Bank across multiple projects since 2019, leading QA activities, validating data transformations, and ensuring timely defect resolution. I have single-handedly owned modules, led QA efforts across Agile and Waterfall releases, conducted requirement analysis, created test scenarios, and driven zero-escalation cycles on critical dashboards using Abinitio GDE, HP ALM, Zephyr, JIRA, and SQL-based quality checks. I excel at coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, validating diverse data sources, and ensuring production readiness through rigorous data validation, Autosys job testing, and end-to-end test leadership.
I worked as a Quality Engineering Senior Analyst for Citi Bank from April 2019 to September 2025, using Abinitio GDE, HP ALM, Zephyr, Tectia, JIRA, and MS Excel. I served on multiple Citi Bank projects during this period, reviewing FRD/BRD, creating test cases, performing data validation, logging defects, and attending scrum and other discussion calls with the team and client. I collaborated with the team and client to ensure alignment on requirements and timely discussion of defects.
Expansion: I led QA activities across Citi initiatives, coordinating with Accenture and Citi stakeholders on flow and functionality, validating data transformations, and ensuring timely defect resolution.
As part of data files validation we used to get various types of source files like flat files, mainframe, excel etc which we used to fetch from a location in unix and fed it into Abinitio GDE with DML to read it. Then based on business logics we used to transform the data and make it compatible with what it should look like in target data file. Similarly we used to fetch the target data in a .dat format to feed it back to the tool and finally the graph flows and compares the data accordingly. Apart from this we had to test Autosys Jobs and some quality checks using using SQL queries like count, duplicate, schema, null and partition checks.
