My Role involves day-to-day site supervision, construction works, accountancy and evaluation of work. In addition, all the related duties for timely completion of the project given under my in charge by the project manager.

• Checking the precast elements at the factory there are casting with proper norms of the project and rising RFI for the consultant for daily inspection
• Preparation of Bar bending Schedule and implementation of proper quality control & safety norms & procedures for all sites works involved in Metro rail construction.
• Responsibilities include supervising construction activities ensuring work is executed as per drawings and speciation's checking levels and alignment's managing labor and material on site coordinating with contractors and consultant and maintaining site record like daily progress reports and material reconciliation
• Construction and supervision of traffic in different stages as per diversion plan required for Station construction works.
• Preparation of various types of Estimates (BOQ), preparing checking running bills of work done.
• Verifying workmanship inspecting formwork and reinforcement before concreting and maintaining proper curing I also follow checklist for each activity
• Comparison of Actual Progress Vs approved work program to complete the construction of station activities within project duration..
