Deployed SolarWinds multiple times, as a proof of concept and in production successfully. Helped determine the license requirement and procurement of it. Post setup acted as the sole admin of the tool till November 2023 performing various BAU tasks like -

• Adding removing on-prem servers from monitoring, setting up network discoveries for auto addition of devices, setting up alerts, based on thresholds set by the client, customizing them as per requirement, Setting up reports for device parametric history such as storage, memory, cpu, etc.
• Setting up API polling for monitoring O365 devices and license parametric.
• Set up EOC (Enterprise operations console).
• Set up a POC and multiple Prod instance of DPA (Database Performance Analyzer).
• Onboarding and setup of various kinds of DB in DPA (Oracle, Microsoft sql, postage sql)
• Creating alerts for Db parametric like availability, tablespace, %growth etc.
• Integrating the DPA alerts with Netcool for ticket creation in Service now
• Integrating DPA with SolarWinds HCO for visibility of Db status and issues in HCO.

• Enterprise systems administration in Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MSSQL, Windows server). Windows troubleshooting tools (Event viewer, Task manager, WinDbg, Windows Sysinternals, perfmon, WPR/WPA). Security monitoring via Nexpose and remediate vulnerabilities using different patches, upgrades, registry modification and GPO. Performing DFS Management, VM and file restore with the help of NetBackup tool
• Server build, Server Decom and basic troubleshooting on VM end. Configuration Raid Storage like Raid 0/1/5

• Same roles and activities as above but as a direct employee of Medtronic.
