• Machining knowledge on CNC Turning center, Vertical machining center, Rack milling machine, Boring & Grooving machine and SPM machines.
• Special working knowledge on the Center less Grinding machines and Heat treatment process.
• Operating, Setting, Trouble shooting and Preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Experience of working on FANUC control system.

• Making the Production as per the Heijunka Production Plan.
• Man power allocation as per the takt time and machine criticality.
• Monitoring of OEE Losses and taking actions to Improve the OEE.
• Attending the OEE Meeting with other departments and taking countermeasures.
• Effective utilization of resource in terms of Man and machine.
• Achieving Zero Break down, regular machine condition checking by involving members.
• Monitoring delay Kan Bans and planning to recover the delay production to meet customer demand.
• Identifying chronic problems in the line and seeking help from supporting departments to resolve the problems and monitoring the result.
• Ensuring full adherence to 5S practices at all times.
• On job training to the trainees using the WSS or Standard operating procedures.
