- Camp counselor for 3 summers responsible for kids from 3rd grade to 6th grade. I was tasked with childcare, leading games/ competitions, songs, crafts and many other activities as well as watching over kids during our off-site trip days.
- Head counselor position required: overseeing the team, making sure child medication was accounted for, disciplining kids when necessary and communicating with parents.
- As well as leading the counselors under me and ensuring they had everything needed to do their job well.
- Discipleship coordinator, new role created not only to support the children but our staff as well. This role required me to teach bible lessons 3 times a day, 5 days a week with kids from 1st to 6th grade.
- I also ran one on one check-ins with staff prior to camp and during camp.
