I started working on the outdock for the first year and a half getting packages ready to ship out to customers. I was running my own line, sorting packages by carriers, communicating with delivery drivers, loading and unloading of semi trailers. I also corrected pallets that had errors before going onto the trucks. I then moved into a different dept where I selected the items going to the stores and to customers. I was responsible for filling orders in a timely fashion, according to the rate goals they had set. For the past 2 yrs I have been in the Clerk ll position. This is finding the orders needed, making sure there are correct, complete and of good quality and getting them to the dock to be shipped out so we could close the wave orders in a timely fashion. Responsible for training, problem solving and doing what was needed to get the job done.

I worked in customer service. I got promoted to Lead CSR. Had many responsibilities, stocking, cleaning, managing money, lottery and helping customers with their needs and transactions. Was also responsible for the unloading the truck weekly and putting away. I did the ordering for the store, put in invoices and made sure the vendors got paid. I did the weekly store scheduling, managing how many people needed in a alotted amount of hours given to run the store. Dealt with customer complaints. Was also tasked with training all new hires. Ran the store overnights by myself for 8 yrs.
