· Finalizing FME & FME2 vessels once sails ex Chennai/Kattupalli by liasing with operation team.
· Handling Key Accounts, analyzing statistics from various sources to capture new Customers and business.
· Follow up clients periodically to monitor the regular support or flow and maintain the clients live.
· Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the clients through weekly commercial reports.
· Primary focus on fresh CHA to target the business opportunity.
· New schedule studies and implementation, statistical reports as required by Management.
· Handled the tasks of monitoring Vessel and Yard operations, Inventory Controlling, Handling Container Maintenance & Repairs.
· Surveying the export/Import commercial reports.
· Tele sales / Consolidator / Sending Tariff/ Follow up with relevance to Sea import/Export/bond shipments / achieve the business.
· Outstanding follow up for concern clients who exceed the allotted no.of credit days
· Overall in charge of planning and monitoring activity, before , during and after operations.
· Preparing Cheque Incentive List for Liners/CHA/Consignees
· Preparing MIS reports and required reports by management.
· Maintaining the records of Incentive approvals as when received and sending the updated file to HO.
· Coordinating with sales team and colleagues on customer issues such as rate finalization, rate disputes, any clarification on rates.
· Addressing waiver requests and obtaining the required details on billing or estimation for management decision making.
· Intimating customers on important issues and forwarding circulars to keep posted customers regarding strike/trade issues etc.
