- Assisted the Department of International Refugee Law and Migration Law, as the main focal point to establish a system to store, update, and systematically utilise data of the performance and participation of the courses and initiatives being conducted. Collected, analyzed and visualized the data through dashboards and reports to showcase trends and provide recommendations.
- Drafted project reports for the Department’s donors by monitoring the established indicators and following the reporting criteria in different donor agreements.
- Supported the program implementation team in designing evaluation mechanisms for measuring the effectiveness and impact of courses and tailored initiatives.
- Coordinated compiling and editing the Department’s annual and quarterly reports, infographics, and other outreach materials.

- Contributed to the implementation of the GPC Advocacy and Communications Strategy to create a stronger profile of the Clusters' work at global and country level. Supported the social media communication channels by drafting and designing content for the GPC's Twitter and Linkedln platforms.
- Coordinated the design, development and dissemination of GPC communications materials such as the GPC social media postcards, flyers, presentations while ensuring the visibility of the GPC unit through consistent branding.
- Main focal point for updating the GPC website and supported in updating IM tools such as the Protection grants tracker based on the inputs of field protection clusters.
- Assisted in the organisation, preparation, recording and follow-up of key meetings and forums.
- Supported with drafting and dissemination of the quarterly Global Protection Updates as well as a daily Media Monitoring Brief for the Afghanistan Protection Cluster to highlight trends in media for operational purpose.

- Initially contributed to the knowledge management of the Humanitarian Library run by Shelter Centre with inter sectoral guidelines, tools and training that respond to the pandemic of COVID-19. Also assisted in the development of various communication products such as newsletters, social media campaigns and presentations to promote the platform at a global level. Progressed to become a team coordinator for both the Library and Communications team. Became the point of contact for information regarding the work cycle of projects and facilitate communication between team members.
- Supported in drafting and editing research proposals such as "Roadmap for Research" initiated by lnterAction as well as a multi-stakeholder proposal to address the gaps in post conflict humanitarian response.
- Since October, contributed to a remote assessment of shelter and settlements needs for out-of-camp situations in N.E Nigeria as part of a collaboration with IOM Nigeria.
