• Collaborate with Physician to provide focused care.
• Diagnosing and developing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic test.
• Prescribe medications.

• Patient assessments, rapid responses for acute patient changes in conditions, data collection and documentation, nursing plan of care, medication administration, and collaborating with physicians and other disciplines to provide quality patient care.
