• Policy Management and Enforcement: Create, define, and manage authentication and authorization policies with three privileged user accesses that control network access based on user identity and device type (profiling) across more than 15 business unit locations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the health and performance of the Cisco ISE infrastructure, analyze logs and session data, and troubleshoot complex network authentication issues efficiently.
• Auditing and Reporting: Handling and building custom dashboards on all observability tools to correlate the root cause. Generating regular reports to visualize key performance indicators, and track SLAs.
