Completed a comprehensive rotating internship across:

• Internal Medicine: History taking, physical examination, patient monitoring, IV cannulation, fluid management, participated in hospital rounds.

• Surgery: Assisted in OT procedures, wound dressing, Foley catheterization, pre and postoperative care, performed minor surgical procedures under supervision, including suturing wounds.

• Obstetrics & Gynaecology: Collected patient histories and assisted in clinical evaluations, assisted in obstetric and gynecological surgeries, involved in perioperative monitoring and postoperative care of patients and observed emergency management (e.g., eclampsia, PPH).

• Paediatrics: Monitored newborns, provided vaccination support, and managed common childhood illnesses.

• Dermatology: Managed common conditions like eczema, scabies, and fungal infections, assisted in outpatient consultation.

• Otorhinolaryngology: Assisted in surgeries (e.g, tonsillectomy, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy), Involved in pre and post operative patient care and daily clinical rounds.

• Ophthalmology: Assisted in surgeries chalazion incision and curettage, phacoemulsification, participated in patient assessments.

• Volunteered during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic to assist in managing high patient loads and limited resources.
• Provided health counselling, hygiene education, and emotional support to handicapped patients and families.
• Developed skills in patient communication, community-based care, and adaptability in high-pressure clinical environments.
• Offered mental health support to patients, aiding emotional recovery after trauma.
