Minerals - Mining Department:

  • Design and detailing in the mill body from the feed end to the discharge end head body and shell as per customer requirement.
  • Worked on mill liners, feed end liners, shell liners, and discharge end liners, from layout design to manufacturing drawing.
  • Liners are made from various types of rubber, metal, and composite materials. They come in different shapes and sizes, and casting sets and Hardox materials are used in composite liners.
  • Worked on mill-type ball mill and SAG mill liners, which include feed and discharge end head liners, shell liners, pulp lifter discharge, outer pulp lifter, outer grate, center cone, and filler ring.
  • Preparation of 3D models, layout 2D sketch, part and assembly, linear assembly GA drawing, steel drawing, rubber drawing for manufacturing.

Enovia Actions (PLM):

  • Experience in creating part numbers, CO/CA creation, drawing release, and revision through Enovia.

The main purpose of this chiller is to remove the heat produced by the laser tube for a long run. Redesign and engineering calculations for the cooling capacity and compressor selection, as well as condenser sizing based on the existing model, develop the prototype and complete the test run successfully to obtain the required cooling.
