Heading the Mall for the retail and office vertical of Forum Vijaya Mall a JV with the (VPPL & Prestige Group) Currently this Property has been acquired by Nexus Malls (A Blackstone GroupCompany)– comprising of 2 operational properties.

Actively involved in all functions of mall management –Finance, Operations, Marketing, Design, and Leasing. Restructured the department &implemented new policies and procedures to maximize revenues.
Restructured the product mix at the mall to increase revenue, footfall and customer perception. Delivered an ever-highest GTO, Revenue, Occupancy, NPI, Yeild per Sqft over
previous year in the FY20. Economized cost by 14% in CAM through effective negotiation withvendors and cost management in FY 20 and kept CAM at its ever lowest and passed on thebenefits to the tenants thus retaining 94% of our tenants during the Pandemic.
Was able to effectively reduce the yearly outstanding of the vertical from over 10% to less than2.5% Engaged in collaborating with the Projects, Leasing & Design Teams for developing and renovating the property during the Lockdown.
Lead and Grew Business duringthe Pandemic by building the customer relationships during the lockdowns thru tele calling,virtual sales, WhatsApp selling.
Supported the employees and their work from home and on site. Was very strategic about our marketing efforts.
