Projects

· Lead an Agile project to help the team to reduce their number of cash accounts has we were not achieving our targets, performed risk management activities to anticipate potential roadblocks or delays in the project timeline. Our strategy showed positive results and reduced 637 out of 2300 accounts.

· Lead an Agile project to minimize the manual effort particularly for our daily activity which is strategy adherence and have set up the contacts of customer to respective accounts along with the respective internal stake holders to automate the process.

· I was also a part of another Agile project to reduce the number of invoices being billed incorrectly to customers.
