• Supervision and reporting of TSO in his unit
• Collaborates and works closely with Regional Sales Manager
• To ensure timely preparation and compliance of monthly activity plans, call cycles, journey cycle plans and performance of TSO / JTSO / TSR for their respective areas
• Support TSO / JTSO and TSRs of his area by effecting conversions that they are unable to convert and also resolve complaints which a TSO is unable to resolve
• Maintain direct relations with the key customer and IS sites of their respective areas
• Call cycle of influencers, professionals, professional bodies and engineering colleges of his area
• Compliance of internal reporting systems and budgetary norms
• Ensure proper utilization of stationary / mobile lab resources to service the IHB users
• To drive ILP in the region qualitatively and quantitatively by:- Enrolling new members as per plan To increase active members and their offtake through physical and digital interventions By achieving targets of skill building programs and promotion of good construction practices
• Technical content development for various engagements on quarterly / half yearly basis
• Ensure robust technical service systems through: Prompt attending and resolution of quality complaints IS verification / Damage verification Product quality and benchmarking Market intelligence and new product information

· Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers.

· Supervising construction quality & testing of cement and concrete.

· Receive & analyse quality related complaints & proper resolution of the same, thus, enhancing the customer satisfaction level.

· Responsible for driving search for prospective customers by visiting new construction sites, converting customers to Dalmia by explaining the quality of our product & its advantages.

· Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason Mela, Counter meets and Consumer Camps) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team.

· Responsible to engage with Site engineers, Architects, Town planners for getting our brand enlisted in tender documents & engaging them to recommend our brand.

· Gathering market information regarding Quality, services provided and activities conducted by competitor brands.

· Maintaining a data bank of all influencers /cement-based industry and major projects in assigned areas.

Engagement with Institutions and the Govt Department Level for:

• Brand & Product Enlistment

• Demand generation

Manage Specifications,advanced technical Conversations,and Documentation.

Ensure budgeted product mix sales through technical promotion/conversion.

Identify new projects for techno-commercial bid at the time of project inception.

Business Development and scouting for new customers and key accounts.

Ensuring complaint resolution.

• supervising the activities of the NGO watershed development team including preparation of the Work plan and budget.
• Capacity building of NGO staff in watershed development activities.
• Checking the quality of watershed construction works and release of funds.
• Liaising with the Soil Conservation Department and Forestry Department to ensure interagency Coordination for Programme interventions.

• Organizing and nurturing User Groups and other Community Based Organizations.
• Conducting the participatory base-line surveys, training and capacity building.
• Undertake engineering surveys, prepare engineering drawings and cost estimates for all land based Interventions.
• Preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for the consideration of the General Body of the Watershed Committee.
• Assisting Watershed Committee (WC)In the formulation of the watershed action plan and Capacity building plans and facilitate Implementation and monitoring.
• Mobilizing, organizing and building the capacity of the community to develop a participatory 'Natural Resources Management plan following the principles of Ridge to Valley approach.
• Ensuring that the Land based Interventions reflected In the micro plans are pro-poor focused, equitable and have incorporated adequate negotiations
• Undertaking physical verification and measurements of the work done.
• Maintaining project records and accounts. .Arranging physical financial and social audit of the work under taken.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual physical & financial planning & .progress reports. Setting up suitable arrangements for post-project operation, maintenance and future development of the assets created during the project period.

· Site supervision for all the infrastructure work.

· Planning for local sub-vendor selection.

· Execution of site construction tower, D.G. Foundation, erection of tower & erection of shelter room for equipment.

· Verification of bills with measurement sheets, bills of material, finally handling management team & sub-vendor for infrastructure work.
