1. Involved in business negotiations with Tata group for performing aerial Multispectral mapping which covers entire coffee plantation within Karnataka state, India.
2. Validation of data in collaboration with in-house processing team for actual count of affected plant parts.
3. Report generation based on data collected.
4. Validation of aerial data reports with manual survey data and submission of actual data to core team for further eradication.

PROJECT #2

1. Involved in client negotiation for setting up a base camp in northern India for performing aerial hotline Stringing for entire stretch related to power grid.
2. Handled a team of 12 over performing practical site demonstrations continuing into project.
3. Projected entire financials for project execution on site.

1. Handled the team of 10 to execute the project which helped for the base establishment of India's biggest airport.
2. Monitored the drone requirements and deployment as per the client requirements
3. Reviewed the Geospatial data collected by the team everyday and monitored the data processing at site for maintaining accuracy.
4. Submission of data to the processing team for further and final ground reports.
5. Validation of reports with the data collected and submission to client.
6. Managed the finances of the whole project related to aviation team.

2. Handled the team of 12 for performing every day aerial data collection operations.
3. Validation daily imagery collected and involved in submission discussions with software data processing team.
4. Validation processed reports and comparing with actual survey data.

1. Involved in business negotiation for performing aerial data acquisition of a coal mine for a research agency under Andhra Pradesh state government.
2. Involved business analysis for further development factors and projected financials for core remote sensing team.
3. Daily aerial data validation for consistency of accuracy.
4. Involved in discussion with processing team for the validation of reports generated in comparison with actual ground data.
4. Involved in final data submission and final report discussions for further business projections.
