• Interface Documents in Hold – RPA opportunity which rerouting a document in hold due to which interface cannot identify patient conclusively. The volume is 10k+ per day and bot had to complete it within 8 hours. I've made a design, developed and delivered in timely manner. The bot could identify match for 40% of the inflow and overall success rate is 94%. I've built this bot using AA360 (IQ bot, IDP), python.

• Interface Error Management – Department mapping - RPA opportunity which rerouting a message in ERROR due to which interface cannot identify Department conclusively. The volume is 3k+ per day and it's a 24/7 process.

• Build Subscription Process – RPA opportunity where we need to add subscriptions in our cloud platform based on the request raised in Salesforce and email.

• Email outreach Process – RPA opportunity where we need to send email outreach to vendors based on the request from our client via email.

• Imports Mapping and QA check List – RPA opportunity where we need to create a mapping workbook based on the data given by our client and uploading them in portals.

• RF migration – migrate our legacy bots from AA 360 to the robotic framework

• Custome Reports – Creating SQL queries to build reports and send them to business teams via email using the Robot Framework and Python
