Successfully completed Projects :

• 3500 metric tons Silo Supporting RCC Platform for M/s Varalakshmi mill at Gummidipoondi (2016 May). RCC framed circular structure with a total area of 314 Sq.m.
• 2250 metric tons Silo Supporting RCC Platform for M/s cow brand agro foods at Tindivanam (2016 June). RCC framed circular structure with a total area of 237 Sq.m.
• 73 Feet Span Steel Godown for Printing solution at Sivakasi (2017 March). Total Area of the godown is 9500 Sq.feet, The span of the truss is 73 Feet.
• Amma Green Park, Guindy - Chennai (Government Project - 2018 Dec to 2020 Jan). Amma Green Park is an Agricultural Education park Constructed by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and Tamil Nadu Agri Marketing. Its Located in Guindy near Kathipara junction. Total Area of the park is 6.89 Acres. The Park consists of four zones, Wisdom Zone, Tourist Zone, Recreation Zone and Service Zone. In this we dealt only the service zone. Service Zone comprises of three storey RCC framed structure for agri marketing office and stall for FPO (Farmer producer organization). The Area of one storey is 1600 Sq.m.
• Five different two Storey Apartments in Tondiarpettai, Chennai (2019 Feb – 2020 Dec).
• DPR Prepared for 500 Metric tons Cold storage at Theni and Mettupalayam (Government project – 2020 Nov).
• Two storey RCC Office building for Printing solution at Sivakasi (2021 Dec – 2022 June). The Area of one storey is 2900 Sq.feet. The structure is RCC Framed structure.
• Langval Mall Thanjavur (2023 – 2024). My role in this project involved designing a road surrounding the Mall. The structure consists of a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) slab supported by steel beams(Composite structure) . The slab and beams were designed to carry moving load of the vehicle.

• 1050 metric tons Silo Supporting RCC Platform for Sri Ganesh Murugan Modern rice mill at Kallakurichi.
• 1200 metric tons Silo Supporting RCC Platform for Sri Thirukumaran Modern rice mill at Kangayam.
• 2100 metric tons Silo Supporting RCC Platform for M/s Saraswathy and Rajaganapathy Modern rice mill at Tiruppur.
• Commercial complex at Srivilliputhur (G+4) Floors.
• Proposed Bakery at Sivakasi (G+2) Floors.
• Purlin renovation work for Sri Parameshwari Spinning Mills at Panthalgudi.

• Independently managed numerous industrial and commercial building projects.
