I have worked globally as a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator since 2008 with hundreds of forums. My background in building and selling two Consulting businesses means that I stay connected with practical considerations while helping individuals and forums learn and grow. My passion is leadership maturity and adult development which I summarise in my book, The Worthy Leader.

Through my co-created Upside™ methodology, I provides coaches with a framework that make change visible, actionable, and lasting.

I am also the Board President of the Senhoa Foundation which supports women in facilitating forums for women with social and economic barriers.
