Accomplishments

  • I received 2 national awards during my time in JROTC. One being the Veitnam Veterans award and the other being the US daughters of 1812 award.
  • I won 2 cadet challenge medals that showed everyone that I was in the top 5% of all female cadets in athletics
  • I held one of the 3 highest positions in my JROTC battalion. I was the Command Sergeant Major or CSM
  • I won 2 awards thru my color guard team. One being tenacity award and the other being a senior award

Affiliations

  • I did color guard all 4 years of high school. We would practice during the summer about 20+ hours a week and during school weeks we would practice about 10 hours a week. We would have our competitions on Saturdays and they would last all day long.
  • I did raiders, a physical fitness team, for 2 years but never got to compete. I went to all the practices and home events if I wasn't at color guard.
  • I also had a job during the middle of my junior year until now.
