• Build capacity by training and coaching School Leaders, Academic Coordinators and teachers in OneLern partner schools.
• To drive Academic implementation of the OneLern academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes.
• Support and monitor OneLern academic system execution in partner schools through regular class observations, feedback and coaching sessions for teachers and data driven conversations with the higher authorities at schools.
• Create and share meaningful and insightful reports to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out by the Academic Consultant.
• Building a strong relationship with all the stakeholders related to the school and investing them in the successful implementation of OneLern academic system.
• Work closely with the stakeholders in our partner schools in co-creating and executing school development plans to achieve desired student outcomes.
• Collaborate with other functions in the organization to effectively solve concerns to ensure smooth and seamless experience at partner school with OneLern.
• Pro-actively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve the OneLern academic system.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future OneLern academic products and services basis the on-going visits to schools.
