• FMO operations unit handles various transactions on regular basis as their daily business with products like Spots, Forwards, FX, Netting, Gross, NDF etc.
• Settling of various payments based on their currency cut-off.
• Focus on Near misses and improve on Root cause analysis.
• Management of production workflow, ensuring all transactions are settled within SLA.
• Expertise on CASH systems and complete knowledge of process flow of payments.
• Swift Alliance – Used to manually create MT199/299, MT999 and MT192/292 swift instructions.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing wire transfer payments like MT202,MT103 via swift channel.
• Complete knowledge on all cash related swift messages like MT103, MT202, MT199, MT191, MT210, MT300 etc.
• Ensure to track and prioritize payment flow by currency, value date while authorizing each FX or MM deal.
• Have hands on experience on UAT testing and end to end activities to document procedures and setting of SLA for process.
• Ensure that responsibilities and duties are performed accurately and securely in controlled environment.
• Handling Client Queries and Complaints.
• Efficiently maintaining daily log sheets and metrics for ensuring timely completion of day-to-day Volumes which is handled with utmost efficiency meeting SLA.
• Managing various currency exceptions while processing manual wires.

Client Data Reference :

• Knowledge on broadcast swift messages MT670, MT199 & MT999.
• Setting up static for products like Equities, Derivatives,FI,FX&MM.
• Knowledge on payment swift MT103, MT202, MT101, MT292.
• Knowledge on RMA between swift bic
• Highlighting gaps and streamlining process for smooth run of BAU.
• Preparing all SOD & EOD senior management reports.

FXMM Investigations :

• Handling Nostro breaks (vd+ 1 and same day) and investigating root cause and resolving.
• Breaks include Non-Receipts, Non-payments, Unapplied funds and incorrect payments.
• Liaising with various agent banks, financial institutions, and banks for payment status
• Coordinating with internal risk governance team and compensation team for event write ups
• Liaising with Client on-boarding and client exit teams while handing failures and analysis of root cause
• Reporting high value breaks to cash funding team in order to avoid account overdraft.
• Weekly analysis of Non-receipts and Non-payments with management.
• Daily analysis Report of incorrect payments.
