    • Responsible in onboarding large local/global customers (charge volume of USD 1MM and above) to Amex Payment Solution platforms (Corporate Cards and Virtual Cards etc) along with Expense Management Integration, Remittance solution and Training.
    • Responsible in conducting Pre-sales and Project Kick meeting with the customer both face to face/or online.
    • Responsible in Initiating & Planning the Project which includes contractual agreement signing & review, Preparing Project plans and share weekly updates with the corporate.

    • Ensure project strategies are consistent with the company's overall mission and seek to effectively convey and promote the company's brand and to achieve scorecard metrics with strong NPS scores.
    • Manage client expectations to ensure stakeholders were kept informed and up-to-date with project progress.
    • Responsible in closing the project – which includes doing a Project Implementation Review (PIR) call with the customer to get their feedback on whether the program is, implemented as per their expectation and are there any areas for improvement or additional support which are required. Preparing the PIR deck capturing all the project details and feedback along with relevant contact information and disengaging from the project.
