• Taking care of warehouse operation which includes Inbound, Outbound, POS installations, SW update, OS, Key for devices and Customer query solutions for entire pan India 8 warehouses with 117 staffs.
• Managing the peoples, processes, security, maintenance, administrative functions, financial forecasts and impacts and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.
• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Identify and resolve various types of issues in POS terminals such as technical hardware issues.
• Managing customer’s termination and device recoveries.
• Managing warehouse operation expenses such as couriers, Paper rolls, Chargers and cables, Etc...
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
• Conducting daily Operational meetings with departmental team leaders to assign coach and communicate job expectations.
• Surprise audit will be conducted for all the warehouses for inventory maintenance.
• Submit and explain MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and ABR (Annual Business Review) to show our WDV to auditors.

• Inventory Management / Warehousing and Logistics of telecom materials, DBS, BTS, network equipment cable items required for day to day business across Tamil Nadu.
• Conduct the OCI for Goods received from factory based on contract/PL.
• Maintaining Fresh goods and as well as SRN goods with respective Locations and share the reports to TNCH deployment team.
• Prepare MRN based on material requirement against the RFI data which are given by the RFI planning team to move the materials to the site.
• Raise Move orders in ORACLE based on material requirement for dispatch request.
• Raise the SRNs in Oracle to take material from the site to Warehouse.
• Raise the CAM (capital asset movement) for site to site movements.
• Based on project requirements we segregate BTS/DBS for site movements.
• Prepare the Dispatch and Receipt report for Fresh/SRN and same need to send to PM/PD to submit the report to Customers on weekly basis.
• Focusing more on controlling the inventory level. Monitoring periodically Inventory data and share with respective user department for liquidation plans.
• Controlled all the activities of the warehouse to ensure documentation, storage and distribution of stocks to various sites to maintain smooth supply chains.

• Handling 5000 sq ft of Telecom warehouse with 10 floor staffs and 4 system Operators in CHN circle.
• Handling the Capital Asset Movements in CHN circle.
• Training to people to prepare ASN, GRN and Put away operation.
• MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare the Monthly Auditing report for submitting to Auditor to check the material physically.
• OCI (Open case inspection) of receiving the material.
• Prepared the Monthly cost control report in Oracle to submit the SCM (Senior Circle Manager).
• Prepare the Monthly Reports in PPT to present the details to AIRTEL Customer team in monthly/Quarterly meeting.
• Courier/transport bills with POD are verified before sending finance/commercial team for payments

• Input the data into the Oracle Application and confirm those ASN created, Move Orders, PO/Checking transactions. Update the Correct Tax calculations against the BOE. Ensure correctness of the data punched into the system with the physical document before confirmation of the transaction. After the inward process completed, all the invoices sent for CSS Process.
• Inward GRN done the same day as per TAT.
• Updated BIN card system all kind of materials.
• Month end closing activities (Physical stock taking, File creation ,IVR-BIVR, Finance, Receipt reports generated in oracle)
• Month end data prepared for SRN (site return notes), R&R (Return and Repair), CAM (site to site movement), and Dispatches for both three departments and Fresh invoices details in PPT presentation format.
• Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries. Coordinating with the transporters and ensuring that the vehicles are available for movement of goods without any delay; monitoring the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery & transit norms; analysing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.
• Maintain the Oracle vs CIEL stock same in daily basis and Prepare the cycle in CIEL.
• Dispatch the material on On-Time & Material delivery tracking process
