OVERVIEW :

Woolworths in Australia is one of the biggest retail industries and this project is SAP BW Migration and GCP IM Enhancements.

• This project involved testing the ETL flow from SAP to Google cloud platform .
• Collaborated closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of ETL flow, resulting in accurate and efficient data processing in GCP.
• Streamlined the testing process by developing reusable SQL queries.
• Ensured data integrity by validating end-to-end data flows in systems like Apache Airflow, Cloud Storage, Big Query.
• Enhanced data quality by identifying and resolving ETL-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintained high-quality documentation of test plans, scripts, test results and defects .
• Experienced in Inbound Testing from SAP ECC and BW to GCP and Outbound from GCP to downstream systems like Medalia , GFS etc.
• Involved in Integration flow testing - Kylo, BODS, Informatica and Web methods
• Operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases and well-organized sprints.
• Logging of Issues/Defects in qtest during the testing.
• Reduced testing timeframes by automating repetitive tasks using industry-standard tools
• Reduced product defect rates by creating robust test cases and meticulously executing them.

Process Improvements :

● Have Automated various inbound flow from Various source systems to GCP.Automated the various test cases in GCP which reduces the manual effort using Playwright and TOSCA benefits to customer
● Created Recon scripts for Schema comparison and Data Comparison between PROD and Non Prod Systems.
● Created Data Refresh Automated Template which reduces manual efforts.

• Developed custom QA automation tools, reducing manual testing time and increasing test coverage.
