 Validates and ensures production readiness, through CAPP (MES) tool by creation and updation of assembly sequence in IP (Installation plans/

assembly plan) for different commodities.

 Using PDM tool for compare BOM with actual.

 Verifying Installation plans (IP) are self audited

through checklist or MESA portal, as per SOW.

 Creating RFA-CN, CMES redline and MMO for resolving IP errors

 Using REDARS and PSDS tool to interpret drawing and specifications of Boeing standard

• Involved in manufacturing of Composite parts
• Part of CFT member from production side
• Involved in process like core splicing, core potting and co-bonding.

• Allocating jobs to workers by going through their skill Matrix
• Preparing load plan for machine and other critical tools
• Standard operating procedure preparation
• Preparing production plan with the support of PPC team
• Conducting RCA, CAPA and various other problem-solving techniques to resolve technical problems and salvage non-conforming parts
• Providing technical support to my team for assembling and bonding of composite parts
• Creating awareness and training within my team like, BAC5088 and BAC5000
• Simplifying and Reduce the Cycle time in Production for detail component & interior assemblies
• Co-ordination with CFT team and Implement the new methodology and process for cycle time reduction
• And raising ECR for various reasons to meet the process and drawing requirements
• Projection of Tooling/Jig requirement for manufacturing of components or simplifying manufacturing process to improve productivity.

• Define and create Work instructions and Master Process sheet for Structural Detail parts
• Preparation of master list of Equipment, Cutting Tools and Consumable
• Plan, implement changes in production and ensure success through the FAI process
• Solving practical production & quality problems by communicating with internal CFT members
• Develop process documents, standard operating procedures and rework procedures for manufacturing of Steel metal parts
• Leading & driving the cost reduction initiatives in the engineering department through process improvements & localization of materials
• Creation of Item Code, Production BOM, Routings in ERP.
