The time I was in role we ran a 6 percent increase. Three KPI’s that we look at are Conversion, Converted Purchase and Average Purchase. Each area we are a leader in our 24-store district. Our store did 6.2 million in 2021. The leadership team consists of two Asst Store Managers, Visual Manager and an Operations Manager.

I lived in 13 states in my 8-year career with Dillard’s fixing broken stores across the country ranging in volume from 11 million to 35 million. I was very successful in recruiting top talent for stores and promoted 11 Assistant Store Managers to Store Manager’s in my eight years. The largest team I had was in Greenville, SC that had 350 associates and was 249,000 square feet. My team in the Louisville, KY market also achieved in getting a MAC cosmetic’s shop that drove over 2 million dollars to the bottom line in sales in one year. My last year with Dillard’s we ran a $859,000 profit.
